Worst experience ever. They had my car for a month. I had a trip lined up and asked them to make sure that car is fully ready. They assured it is. Car was dirty inside and out, random piece up front (didn’t have to do anything with the accident) was missing, tire pressure alert was on, fender wasn’t aligned. And extra dents! Small like from hail which I noticed after picked the car. Also when I came no one did a walk around, just gave me my keys and told me to find a car on the lot and good luck. About an hour later or sooner I called with all of this and they said to come by next week as it was Friday. I did they said they need to order part and see where the dents came from and other things needs to be scheduled and sorry about dirty car. Technician apparently was on vacation so I had to wait and phone them a few times and weeks later finally appointment was made. We asked how long it will take they said about an hour but as soon as we got home (10 min) they called us and said all done and they aren’t going to fix the dents, insurance denied it and they didn’t cause it even tho the picture for insurance shows no dents there prior…also why would you tell us to come back in a hour or only to make sure as soon as we leave call us back saying no? This place is absolute joke I picked it even tho my insurance suggested different places and I wish I’d listen to them. If you want to waste your time, come by multiple times, phone them and still not get it at 100% this is the place and ofc they charge insurance arm and a leg the least they could do is actually get this car in a pre accident shape. Broc was my technician. I will tell every single person in this area do not come here. I already started with my neighbours.

Broc Allison and Ashley were extremely helpful with our 2025 CRV that had superficial scratches. Broc buffed the scratches away. We were amazed. Ashley was helpful getting us in for an estimate and filling out the paperwork!

Really helpful and quick service. Broc Allison was honest with me about the simple repair on my front bumper and he didn't charge me. This was my second time at CRABC and both times have been great. I will recommend highly to my friends and family.

My experience here was great! Kevin was communicative and went out of this way to make sure the timing and cost estimates were accurate. He answered my many questions with patience and honesty.

Had my Honda Odyssey repaired here after a hit-and-run, paid through insurance. The intake process and communication during the repair were both fine. The issue came at pickup.
The first time I came to get the van, Broc walked me out and pointed out himself that the bumper wasn't aligned correctly. He said they'd need to order a new bracket. He then asked whether I might just take it as-is, which was disappointing to hear. I decided to wait for the fix.
The next morning he called and said the part had come in and the repair was complete. When I got there, the bumper looked the same as it had the day before, with no visible change to the alignment. There wasn't any paperwork showing the new part, and the explanation was brief.
I took the van home because I was tired of the back-and-forth, and it drives fine. Just wanted to give an honest account in case it's helpful to anyone else bringing a car in. A walk-around inspection at pickup is worth doing carefully.
UPDATE: After getting the van home, the passenger-side door no longer opens from the inside. Exterior handle works, interior handle does nothing. The door was fully functional before I dropped the van off, and it happens to be the same side they spent the most time working on. I'm not saying they caused it, but I also can't think of another explanation.

Broc really helped me out with a report I needed to start a suit agains a fraudulent dealer. Was very detailed, thorough, replied to all my needy asks for the report very quickly. Said he was just happy to help ! even got me some money off the initial inspection ! Thank you again.
