The staff here is outstanding—professional, compassionate, and truly helpful. From the receptionist to the estimator and painter, everyone went above and beyond to support me after a non-fault accident. I was unfamiliar with collision procedures and misled about the other driver’s insurance, but Adam (someone give this man a raise!), the estimator, guided me through the process with clarity and care. He even offered to handle tasks on their end to simplify everything. Though I’m still waiting on the insurance company, I left the shop feeling informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.

Great service and efficient and friendly staff! It was easy to get an estimate and schedule the repairs for my vehicle. Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed and updated, the price was reasonable, and the work done was very high quality.
Our 2016 Honda Odyssey was side-swiped by a DUI driver with pretty extensive mechanical damage to our back wheel and panels. We had the car towed to the local Honda Service Dept in the early hours of the morning and they promptly sent it here to Canyon Road. I can't say enough on the work Chuck and Preston did for me to stay within my budget (I didn't use insurance) and make the car safe to drive again. They went beyond my expectations, the mechanical damage was repaired, I have a new wheel and a new bumper. They evened out some the panel damage as well. I cannot recommend these folks enough!

Excellent customer service from Kevin. This was a small job , damage to drivers side mirror and a big scratch on door. They buffed the scratch out and replaced the mirror, it took 24 hours from dropping the car off to picking it up, that is a good turn around time. The car looked great when I picked it up. Canyon Road Auto Body and Collision Center's pricing was much better than their near competitor's. Thank you Kevin and the techs for your great work.
I’m not one to give credit where it’s due as much as I can, but I wanted to say a big thank you to Adam for his incredible work on my 2014 Cayman. Even though the shop was swamped with customers, he managed to squeeze me in and make sure everything was in tip-top shape.
