Very happy with Tirza and Preston who worked tirelessly to make sure my 2020 Honda CRV Touring was in impeccable shape after being rear ended. The only thing that doesn’t work since getting it back is my heated steering wheel.
I had the best experience with Canyon Road Auto Body, despite a few hiccups that were entirely caused by the at-fault driver's insurance company (they initially approved a rear hatch part that wasn't compatible with my car's trim, causing the backup camera not to work).
Preston was absolutely fantastic. He kept me updated through the entire process and was incredibly patient, putting up with my constant check-ins without ever making me feel like I was bugging him. That level of communication truly eased my stress.
Tierza at the front desk was very helpful and kind. When I had to stop by to grab something out of my car, Preston, Tierza, and another staff member all took the time to chat with me. They treated me like a person, not just a transaction. They truly made me feel like a valued customer.
They fixed everything perfectly and handled the insurance company's mistake professionally. I would recommend Canyon Road Auto Body highly!

A very professional company. Starting with tireza when you walk in the door. The sweetest girl ever and very knowledgeable and professional. We then met Kevin, who worked on our car. Very knowledgeable and took care of the issues we had with our honda. The work was perfect and I think they even polished my car, it sure looked like it. Highly recommend this company we have been dealing with this company for years. Again, thanks Kevin and tirza for your professional service.

I had a great experience at Canyon Road Auto Body. The people I worked with were Tierza and Adam. Both of them provided excellent customer service, were very professional, and I feel they went above and beyond helping me with various aspects of my particular situation. These involved working with the car rental company and with taking care of all communications with the insurance company. Adam was always available to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had to leave town just before the insurance paperwork was finalized, and they took care of the rental car return and my car as well. My car is back to normal and looks like new again! Canyon Road Auto Body made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Five stars and many thanks!!

From the receptionist to the estimator and painter, everyone went above and beyond to support me after a non-fault accident. I was unfamiliar with collision procedures and misled about the other driver’s insurance, but Adam (someone give this man a raise!), the estimator, guided me through the process with clarity and care. He even offered to handle tasks on their end to simplify everything. Though I’m still waiting on the insurance company, I left the shop feeling informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.
