I took my car in to repair some bumper damage from when it was sideswiped in a parking garage and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Canyon Road Auto Body! Special call outs to Tirza at the front desk who was amazing – friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful! And my estimator Kevin, who did an excellent job of working with the insurance company and keeping me informed of the process. I’m beyond pleased with the workmanship on my vehicle – it came back looking like new! The fact that this shop is Acura certified gave me extra peace of mind. And they also coordinated seamlessly with the rental car company on my transport back and forth, which made that process a breeze. I would highly recommend Canyon Road for any of your auto body repair needs!
Over the holiday season, I unfortunately had a run in with a deer that resulted in significant damage to the front right bumper of my car as well as some internal damage. I found Canyon Road Auto Body through a quick google search, and was able to have a quick assessment done on the damage to my car the same day that I contacted them. Tirza has excellent customer skills, and was able to walk me through the process of contacting my insurance company and setting up repairs for my car. Preston went above and beyond in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and how they would be addressed. Preston also had excellent communication with regarding the timeline for when my car would be done. The work done on my car was timely, affordable (thanks insurance!), and impeccable. My car looks brand new!!
I found the people at this shop to be honest & helpful. I had a busted side mirror and they swapped it out for a fair price, and even helped me with an issue I had with the replacement part I provided. I recommend to anyone needing body work.
