I found the people at this shop to be honest & helpful. I had a busted side mirror and they swapped it out for a fair price, and even helped me with an issue I had with the replacement part I provided. I recommend to anyone needing body work.

The entire process with Canyon Road was great. They were recommended by my Acura dealer and absolutely did not disappoint. Tirza was super sweet and efficient with everything and Preston was perfect at keeping me updated throughout the process and handling so much when it came to getting information to the other party's insurance company. I hope I never need their services again, but it's comforting to know that I have a dependable body shop to use if needed.

Great experience working with CRAB&CC. Kevin was great managing a direct customer relationship where the customer was taking a contested settled upon insurnace settlement amount and supplementing it to complete a repair. No other body shop was even willing to discuss how to do this. Additionally the shop was great at sourcing repair parts for a 20-year-old Accord Hybrid. Tirza was brilliant to work with keeping me apprized and coordinating with Kevin. Thanks for making it happen. Still runs good as new and looks great!

I would like to give a huge 5 star to Adam and Tirza. When i took my car for a fixing , i was emotional and sad, i was very stressed. When i walked in ,i got such a cheerful welcome from Tirza, she was very helpful and smiling the whole time, she changed my mood from being angry and sad , i started laughing joking with her , Adam was amazing he was very helpful and he made sure i got the best services . Very happy with Tirza and Preston who worked tirelessly to make sure my 2020 Honda CRV Touring was in impeccable shape after being rear ended. The only thing that doesn’t work since getting it back is my heated steering wheel.

I had the best experience with Canyon Road Auto Body, despite a few hiccups that were entirely caused by the at-fault driver's insurance company (they initially approved a rear hatch part that wasn't compatible with my car's trim, causing the backup camera not to work).

Preston was absolutely fantastic. He kept me updated through the entire process and was incredibly patient, putting up with my constant check-ins without ever making me feel like I was bugging him. That level of communication truly eased my stress.

Tierza at the front desk was very helpful and kind. When I had to stop by to grab something out of my car, Preston, Tierza, and another staff member all took the time to chat with me. They treated me like a person, not just a transaction. They truly made me feel like a valued customer.

They fixed everything perfectly and handled the insurance company's mistake professionally. I would recommend Canyon Road Auto Body highly!
